Why I Started My Journey with Pet Wants

Every pet parent has an "aha" moment—the realization that what goes into our pets' bowls changes everything. For me, that moment came after watching too many of my own pets, as well as those of my friends and family, struggle with the same recurring issues: itchy skin, dull coats, excessive shedding, and food sensitivities.

When I looked closer at the labels on the bags I was buying, the problem became clear. Our pets deserve better than mass-produced kibble that has lost its nutritional value while sitting in a warehouse for months. I knew our community needed a fresher, more honest alternative, and that is exactly why I started Pet Wants Glasgow.

I didn’t just want to open a business; I wanted to build a community of healthy, happy pets. My goal is to be a trusted resource for you and your furry family members. Whether your pup has a sensitive stomach or your cat is a notoriously picky eater, I’m here to help you find the fresh, slow-cooked nutrition they need to thrive—and a taste they will actually love.

When I’m not talking about pet nutrition, you can usually find me out on a local disc golf course, working around the house, or spending quality time with my family—both the two-legged and four-legged kind!
